FE Car
Open Wheel excitement focused on driver skill and cost containment is central to the Formula Enterprises race cars. Power is provided by a Mazda 2.3 liter inline 4 producing approximately 170 hp.
Maintenance and operating costs are controlled through standardized components, drive train, adjustments and tires. Being a single design, fixed specification car with minimal adjustments, sealed engines, set horsepower, and equal traction provides maximum ‘bang for your racing buck’.
At speed the car will generate 2.5 G’s and it will reach 165 mph without drafting. With driver the car weights in at 1,250 pounds.
